So, it's the middle of the night and i hear something behind me...i look back and there's this woman mounted on a bike, coming down the road...normally i wouldn't budge for her place is out on the road not on a narrow sidewalk.Then i realize that she not wearing a reflective vest and there are no lights on the bike...i step aside and let her continue.
